Thank you for shopping with Oud Al Abraj. We are committed to delivering your fragrances safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed through www.oud-al-abraj.shop. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Order Processing

All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp.

During festivals, promotional sales, new product launches, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may extend up to 3 business days.


2. Domestic Shipping (India)

We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Shiprocket, and other reliable logistics providers.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and your delivery location.


3. Shipping Charges

Our standard shipping charges are:

Free shipping applies only to eligible domestic orders within India. Certain remote or difficult-to-service locations may incur additional shipping charges, which will be displayed during checkout before payment.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A shipment tracking number

  • A tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp

  • Delivery updates from the courier partner (where available)

You may also track your order by logging into your account on www.oud-al-abraj.shop.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support.


5. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to most serviceable locations throughout India.

If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible.

  • We may arrange delivery through an alternative courier service or India Post where available.

  • If delivery is not possible, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.


6. Secure Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to ensure products reach you in excellent condition.

Our packaging includes:

  • Protective bubble wrapping

  • Leak-resistant sealing

  • Tamper-evident outer packaging

  • Additional cushioning for glass bottles and attars

Each parcel undergoes quality inspection before dispatch.

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with upon delivery, please refuse the package (where possible) and contact us immediately with photographs.


7. Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions

  • Public holidays

  • Transportation delays

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

Oud Al Abraj shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners or force majeure events. However, we will gladly assist in tracking and resolving delivery issues whenever possible.


8. International Shipping

At present, Oud Al Abraj primarily serves customers within India.

If international shipping becomes available in the future, eligible countries, shipping charges, estimated delivery times, and applicable customs information will be displayed during checkout.

For any future international orders:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or similar charges imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on customs clearance procedures.

  • International orders may not be eligible for cancellation once dispatched.


9. Failed Delivery and Return to Origin (RTO)

A shipment may be returned to us if delivery cannot be completed due to reasons such as:

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • Incorrect contact information

  • Customer unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

  • Refusal to accept the shipment

If an order is returned to us (RTO):

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

  • If a refund is approved, original shipping and reverse logistics charges may be deducted where applicable.


10. Lost or Missing Shipments

If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it:

  • Check with family members, neighbours, or your building security.

  • Contact the courier partner using your tracking number.

  • Notify us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date.

We will initiate an investigation with the courier company. Resolution timelines typically range from 5–7 business days, depending on the courier's investigation process.


11. Change of Delivery Address

Requests to change the delivery address can only be accommodated before your order has been dispatched.

Once the shipment has been handed over to the courier partner, we may no longer be able to modify the delivery address.

If you need to update your shipping details, please contact us immediately with your Order ID and revised address.


12. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The shipping address provided is accurate and complete.

  • The recipient is available to accept the delivery.

  • Contact details are correct for courier communication.

Oud Al Abraj is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect customer information.
